As we tread and traverse the urban terrain in our circadian commuter rhythms; written, inscribed beneath us are coded textural semantics of spatially conversational terrains. In its polyglot architectural communication, there lies opportunity to converse with an urban spatial element. The platform, the exterior pedestrian space, each of these phases of the commute speak to us in ways different to the verbiage of the commuter journey. We could argue that in this, the most sophistically intricate amour between city and city dweller is possible, but perhaps, not recognised.
